A wellness retreat designed for health, resiliency, & creativity
The retreat is for anyone in reasonable shape who can swim, and walk 4-5 miles in uneven terrain. You can be a beginner paddler. A keen interest in connecting with natural and archeological sites, history, art, cultures and combining it with the wellness activities of paddling, walking & movement meditation, and sharing the experience with a small group.
Reconsider this retreat if you are struggling with trauma or mental health challenges to the degree you cannot self-regulate or struggle frequently emotionally. The retreat is not focused for trauma or any related work that needs special support. Although Prue is a craniosacral therapist and teacher, and works with this in her personal bodywork practice – the retreat is not the place for this work. Also reconsider if you have significant health challenges that would make walking or hiking or paddling difficult or endanger you. The retreat is not a bootcamp get fit quick or detox focus or special nutrition. It is also not a party event. The retreat is focused on a wellness holiday – where people come together to enjoy a guided experience for resourcing themselves. A creative timeout from the life
they know and for some personal growth in a shared environment.
